Tekan tombol Windows (atau Bendera) + R
Ketik CMD di dalamnya
Selanjutnya, alih-alih menekan tombol ENTER, tekan CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER
Jendela perintah baru terbuka dengan hak Administrator
