How to open a command window in Administrator mode?

How to open a command window in Administrator mode?
Press the Windows (or Flag) + R key
Type CMD inside
Then instead of pressing the ENTER key, press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER
A new command window opens with Administrator rights
